Why we exist
Founded by Kyra Egly, Pulse Collective was created to address two recurring gaps in creative work:
Firstly,

a lack of coordination between the parts that shape a project. Ideas are often developed in one place, while execution happens in another, and the connection between the two doesn’t always hold. The result is diluted concepts, miscommunication, and compromised outcomes.
Secondly,

the distance between having an idea and knowing how to realise it. Many strong concepts never materialise, not from lack of vision, but from lack of know-how, structure, and resources.

"I spent the first chapter of my life as a competitive athlete, a foundational period that taught me everything I know about deep discipline, endurance, and operational focus. Over the last 14 years, I have channeled that internal drive into experience design and creative production—collaborating with global freelance networks, managing in-house teams, and orchestrating independent cross-border productions.

My philosophy is simple: next-level hospitality is the defining line between a good project and an unforgettable, monumental moment. It requires a rare blend of rigid structural precision and a warm, intuitive heart for human service.

With an interior design background and a sharp eye for fashion, Isaac pairs creative sensibility with rigorous production and location scouting experience. Raised in Mallorca with an international background, his local expertise and multi-lingual fluency make him uniquely skilled at managing complex on-site logistics and navigating municipality liaisons. As our Project Manager, he acts as the vital operational link that ensures our creative visions are translated into reality with absolute consistency.
