Why we exist
Founded by Kyra Egly, Pulse Collective was created to address two recurring gaps in creative work:

a lack of coordination between the parts that shape a project. Ideas are often developed in one place, while execution happens in another, and the connection between the two doesn’t always hold. The result is diluted concepts, miscommunication, and compromised outcomes.

Who we work with
We develop and refine creative concepts, translating them into cohesive experiences across every touchpoint. From visual identity and spatial design to storytelling, styling, set design, and food and beverage curation, we shape worlds that feel intentional, immersive, and emotionally resonant.
We work with brands to create experiences, campaigns, and cultural moments that feel emotionally engaging and contextually relevant. Combining creative direction with production and storytelling, we help translate brand identity into tangible worlds. Whether through events, content, collaborations, hospitality, or spatial experiences.
We design and deliver bespoke experiences, from intimate birthday celebrations to curated dinners, exhibitions, and weddings. Each project is approached with sensitivity to atmosphere, detail, and personal expression, while maintaining professionalism and discretion where needed.
We collaborate on public-facing experiences and programme development, supporting delivery across complex, multi-layered environments, from art events to music festivals.
Producing and managing pop-ups, retreats, workshops, activations, cultural experiences, exhibitions, and private events such as birthdays, weddings, reunions, and VIP events. Curating sensory and experiential elements, including guest journey, scent, sound, lighting, floral arrangements, textures, and fabrics.
We manage the operational framework behind each project, building timelines, itineraries, and workflows that allow creativity to unfold seamlessly. This includes logistics, accommodation, location scouting, sourcing, props, on-site coordination, and managing collaborations across multiple countries and teams.

With an interior design background and a sharp eye for fashion, Isaac pairs creative sensibility with rigorous production and location scouting experience. Raised in Mallorca with an international background, his local expertise and multi-lingual fluency make him uniquely skilled at managing complex on-site logistics and navigating municipality liaisons. As our Project Manager, he acts as the vital operational link that ensures our creative visions are translated into reality with absolute consistency.
